D Now

I went to Disciple Now on the 16th through 18th and it was GREAT! The speaker was really good, my leaders were soooo nice, I loved our host-home and our host home parents the Culps, the music was GREAT, and little Hannah Ruth was ADORABLE! When we got there she was in a pink Tu-Tu with a princes tiara and a magic wand! The first night that we were there she would say things like "Wow Wow Wow! So many people!" and "Wow Wow Wow! so many peanuts!" She was cute Saturday too but not quite as cute as Friday (which is still very, very cute). We learned about how sick and distracted this world is and how we need to follow the wonderful example that Jesus gave us. I had a really good time with my small group, and I got to know Sam better. Nobody hardly got any sleep any of the nights, thanks to 2 girls that decided they want to play pool at 2a.m... Anyway, I had a great time on the awesome scavenger hunt that took us all around town. D Now was a wonderful experience, and I'm glad that about 1,000 teens from churches around Tupelo were there! I really hope that D Now will go on next year too.
